Position Highlights

$190,232 - $285,348 + bonus eligible
4-day work week (30 hours)
Quarterly Incentive Plan (15% of quarterly earnings)
Long-Term Incentive Eligible — physicians may participate in the Mosaic Health Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization
 401k Plan with company match
Day-one PTO (160 hrs), full benefits, 401(k) match, CME (5 days + 2K reimbursement)

Compensation Range:

$253,643.00

to

$380,464.00

 

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
