"I founded this practice because I wanted the autonomy to care for patients with compassion and long-term commitment. Many of our patients have nowhere else to gonothing is more meaningful than helping them begin a life-changing journey toward health."

Most physicians enter medicine to build relationships, improve lives, and make a meaningful difference in their communities. At High Rock Internal Medicine, we believe you should never have to sacrifice those values to build a successful career.
As we plan for Summer 2027, we are seeking a physician who wants more than a first attending position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, serve a community, and become a future leader within an independent physician-owned practice.
Many of our patients face significant medical, financial, and social barriers to care. For some, High Rock Internal Medicine serves as their most consistent connection to healthcare, support, and advocacy.
This is an opportunity to practice relationship-centered medicine in a setting where the physician-patient relationship still comes first.
You will care for patients with complex chronic illnesses, help vulnerable populations navigate their healthcare journeys, and build meaningful relationships that often span years or even decades.
The physician who joins our team will not simply manage diagnoses and medicationsthey will help people improve their quality of life, overcome obstacles, and achieve better health outcomes.
If you entered medicine to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients, this role offers that opportunity every day.
Our mission extends beyond treating symptoms. We care for medically complex and underserved patients while helping people achieve healthier, fuller lives.
Your expertise matters here. We trust our physicians to think critically, advocate for their patients, and contribute ideas that improve care delivery.
This is more than an employment opportunity. Through our partnership pathway, physicians have the opportunity to become owners and help shape the long-term future of the practice.
The transition from residency to independent practice can be challenging. Our structured onboarding process and direct physician mentorship are designed to help new physicians build confidence and thrive.
