We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Clearwater who wants $300K+ earning potential while practicing patient-centered medicine in a low-volume, value-based environment.

You’ll provide outpatient primary care to seniors managing multiple chronic conditions, with an emphasis on quality, prevention, and long-term outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $260,000–$290,000
• Bonus potential up to 20% of base salary
• Total cash compensation potential up to $348,000
