We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants schedule flexibility, meaningful community impact, and strong organizational support in a rural outpatient setting.

You’ll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan throughout Crawford County. You’ll split your time between two clinics located approximately 6–8 miles apart while working alongside full clinical support staff.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $195,000+ for a 4-day workweek or $243,750+ for a 5-day workweek
• Additional compensation for supervision and special projects
• Sign-on bonus negotiable
