We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who wants excellent earning potential, schedule flexibility, and the work-life balance of a 100% outpatient practice.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You’ll have dedicated LPN and Medical Assistant support plus protected administrative time each day, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered medicine.

• You are Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• You hold a clear and active Virginia medical license
• You’re comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient primary care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $200,000–$275,000 based on experience
• Health insurance: 100% employer-paid employee premium
