We're hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants to build meaningful patient relationships while making a lasting impact in an outpatient community setting.

You'll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care. You'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary care team using EPIC EMR in a mission-driven environment serving diverse and underserved communities throughout the Greater Sacramento area.

What makes you a great fit
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• You hold or are eligible for California medical licensure
• You're comfortable managing comprehensive outpatient primary care in a team-based care model
• Previous outpatient or community health experience is preferred
• Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or Pashto/Pushto are welcome

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $255,008–$331,510 annually
• Medical, dental & vision insurance: Employer-sponsored

• Retirement: 403(b) with up to a 4% employer match
• PTO: Up to 4 weeks, plus 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday
• CME: Annual reimbursement plus paid CME time
