Primary Care Physician – Pembroke Pines, FL

A highly reputable outpatient primary care/value-based care group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its established team in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

This opportunity is ideal for a physician looking for a predictable weekday schedule, manageable patient volume, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation in a well-supported outpatient setting.

Position Highlights

• Location: Pembroke Pines, FL
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Patient Volume: Approximately 12–16 patients per day
• Patient Population: Primarily geriatric patients
• Setting: 100% outpatient primary care
• Support: Full clinical support staff and Advanced Practice Providers
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Start Date: Approximately 45–90 days

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $240,000–$250,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities

The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including:

• Preventive and wellness care
• Chronic disease management
• Routine examinations
• Medication management
• Care coordination
• Management of common acute and chronic conditions

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
• Comfortable treating an adult and geriatric patient population
• Interest in outpatient and value-based care
