Primary Care Position Details:
- Role: Primary Care Physician (18+)
- Location: Putnam, CT
- Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
- Schedule:Full-time, weekdays only
- Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
- Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
- Offerings: Base Guarantee, Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on bonus, Relocation stipend
