Compensation: $225k-$285k per year
Job Type: Monday-Friday, outpatient only, on call rotation.
A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Richmond, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
- See 8-10 patients per day
- Oversee care with a dedicated support team
- Share equal call responsibility
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
- Ensure accurate documentation
- Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
- Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
- 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
- A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness
