What Youll Do
Lead and mentor your care team, including APCs and nurses, providing guidance while letting them do their best work.
Serve as the first point of referral for your APCs and perform regular chart reviews, collaborating frequently to determine the best care strategies.
Conduct physical exams to evaluate health and diagnose conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging.
Develop, initiate, and adjust treatment plans tailored to each patient.
Prescribe and dispense medications.
Document patient information and maintain accurate electronic medical recordsdone efficiently with built-in time, without worrying about after-hours catch-up.
Educate and counsel patients and families on health problems, treatment plans, home care, and preventive strategies.
Request consultations or referrals with other providers as needed.
Stay up to date on the latest medical research and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting research projects.

What Were Looking For
Board-Certified Family Practice physician
Licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Compassionate, personable, and genuinely invested in patient care
Strong communicator with patients and medical colleagues
Confident leader who stays calm under pressure and can guide a care team effectively
Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions
