Covenant Health Care is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our rural outreach clinic in Reese, Michigan. This is a premier opportunity to practice "small-town" medicine with the full backing of the regions largest and most technologically advanced healthcare system.
Practice Highlights:
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a standard 4.5-day workweek (36 patient contact hours/4 admin hours) with no week-end holiday requirements. Reese Clinic Schedule: Monday-Thursday (8:00AM-4:30PM) and a half-day Friday (8:00AM-12:00PM).
Dedicated Support: Each physician is paired with a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA). The Reese clinic is also supported by an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
Advanced Efficiency: Streamline your day with Epic EMR and Deep Scribe AI for automated note-taking.
Outpatient Only: Utilize our robust hospitalist program; no hospital coverage or surrounding is required.
Competitive Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed Salary: Highest Base Salary in Mid-Michigan that comes with a two-year guarantee.
Bonuses: $30,000 Commencement Bonus plus additional productivity (wRVU) and quality incentive opportunities.
Student Loan Assistance: Up to $20,000 annually; 501(c)3 status qualifies for PSLF eligibility.
Generous PTO: 37 days of paid time off annually.
