Position Highlights
Outpatient-only primary care focused exclusively on Medicare/Medicare Advantage seniors
Longer appointment times quality over volume
Strong emphasis on preventive medicine and chronic disease management
Advanced support structure including care coordination, analytics, quality teams, and billing support
Established patient panel with opportunity to grow
Collaborative, mission-driven team environment
Typical Monday-Friday schedule, closed 12-1 pm for lunch, and with no inpatient responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
MD/DO trained in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Eligible for Alabama medical license, and willingness to obtain

Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
Comfortable managing a Medicare population (65+)
