Intake Coordinator Responsibilities: - Building patient charts in the EMR
- Scheduling new patient appointments
- Communicating with patients and those involved with the patients care about the practice
- Following up with referral source
- Tracking new patients and referrals
Intake Coordinator Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
- Experience in healthcare preferred
