360 Medical Consulting is seeking an experienced PA, NP, DO or MD to join our concierge-style workplace health practice serving employees within a premier corporate environment.
This is high-touch, low-volume medicine focused on access, prevention, continuity, and exceptional patient experience—not the traditional high-volume primary care model.
You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team while building meaningful relationships with the patients you serve.

The Opportunity
As a Concierge Primary Care Provider, you'll serve as a trusted healthcare partner to your patients, providing comprehensive primary and acute care with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and continuity.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary and acute care 
• Conduct annual physicals, preventive visits, screenings, and health assessments
  
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions
  
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
  
• Prescribe medications within applicable regulations
  
• Emphasize prevention, lifestyle modification, and long-term health
  
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists
  
• Collaborate with medical, musculoskeletal, and mental health professionals
  
• Deliver a highly personalized, concierge-level patient experience
  
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
   

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced clinician who combines strong clinical judgment with exceptional interpersonal skills and values the opportunity to practice thoughtful, relationship-based medicine.  

Qualifications

• PA, NP MD, or DO with Current New York State license and appropriate board certification
  
• 5–10+ years of primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or related clinical experience preferred
  
• Strong clinical judgment across a broad range of primary and acute care needs
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Professional, collaborative, and service-oriented approach
• Experience in concierge medicine, executive health, corporate health, preventive medicine, or multidisciplinary careis especially valuable.

Compensation

• $130,000–$200,000 annually, commensurate with degree, licensure, experience, and qualifications.
