As a Primary Therapist, you’ll be at the heart of our clinical team, conducting assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans, and facilitating engaging individual, family, and group therapies.
Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, days
Essential Duties:
Family Communication Champion: Be the go-to clinical contact for families, ensuring proactive and open communication that fosters trust and collaboration.
Therapy Facilitator Extraordinaire: Lead dynamic individual, family, and group therapy sessions using Newport Healthcare’s innovative clinical model and Attachment-Based Family Therapy techniques.
Crisis Management Specialist: Conduct risk or crisis assessments and provide timely interventions and management as needed, ensuring our clients feel supported and safe.
Team Player: Join weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision sessions to share insights and collaborate with your colleagues.
Compensation for a licensed therapist ranges from $77,000 - $100,000 depending on education, licensure and experience. Non-licensed therapist compensation ranges from $37-44 an hour.
