Trauma & Addiction Treatment — Full Continuum of Care

All Points North  |  Fort Worth, TX  |  Full-Time, On-Site

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually, based on licensure and experience

•      Structured caseload:  trauma-focused caseload with a defined cap of 6-10 clients across the continuum

•      Full-continuum practice:  work across residential, detox, PHP, IOP, and OP — depth across every level of care, not a siloed unit

•      Predictable schedule: one weekend day per week; day shift

•      Full benefits:  medical, dental, vision; 401(k)match, PTO and sick leave

•      Growth:  clinical consultation, ART/trauma-modality training support, and a defined path to senior clinical roles

Who We Are

All Points North (APN) is a multi-site behavioral health organization delivering trauma-informed treatment for addiction and mental health disorders. Our Fort Worth campus provides a full continuum of care — detox through outpatient — built around an interdisciplinary model: therapists, medical staff, and case management working from a single treatment plan. We invest in evidence-based trauma modalities and in the clinicians who deliver them.

The Role

You will carry a dedicated caseload and serve as each client's primary clinical anchor across APN's full continuum of care — detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and OP. That means assessment, individualized treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and group facilitation through a trauma-focused lens, [with clients continuing with you as they step down between levels of care. You will average 4–6 therapeutic hours per day, with protected time for documentation — we staff so that clinical work and charting both fit inside the workday.

What You'll Do

•      Provide individual, group, and family therapy grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities

•      Conduct psychosocial assessments and build individualized treatment plans with measurable goals at each level of care

•      Provide assessment, treatment, and aftercare planning across detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and OP programs

•      Facilitate psycho-educational, experiential, and process groups

•      Complete progress notes and clinical documentation in our EMR within required timelines

•      Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, families, and referents on treatment and aftercare planning

•      Participate in case staffing, clinical supervision, and ongoing training

What You Bring

•      Full, independent Texas licensure: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required)

•      Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program

•      3+ years treating addiction and mental health disorders; experience across multiple levels of care (residential, PHP, IOP) strongly preferred

•      Working knowledge of ASAM criteria, level-of-care placement, and documentation standards across program types

•      Training or experience in trauma modalities (EMDR, CPT, somatic approaches) preferred — we will invest in developing this

•      Sound clinical judgment, strong documentation habits, and comfort working in an interdisciplinary team

•      Commitment to the ethical standards of your licensing board and NAADAC where applicable

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000–$80,000 annually, positioned against Dallas–Fort Worth market data for independently licensed clinicians. Placement within the range reflects licensure, years of experience, trauma-modality training, and breadth of experience across levels of care.

•      Employment is contingent on background check, drug screen, and license verification
