The Opportunity<\/b>
<\/div>We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Therapist to join the Resilience Behavioral Health team in Massachusetts. This is a full -time clinical role delivering individual and group therapy services within a structured outpatient setting. What You'll Do<\/b>
<\/div>- Provide individual and group therapy to clients in a Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and/or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) setting
<\/li> - Develop and maintain individualized, client -centered treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards
<\/li> - Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
<\/li> - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to coordinate care
<\/li> - Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically indicated
<\/li> - Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives
<\/li> - Maintain compliance with all regulatory, licensure, and documentation requirements

Requirements<\/h3><\/div>
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field required
<\/li> - Massachusetts license or license -eligible status required (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent)
<\/li> - 1 -2 years of experience in a behavioral health or mental health treatment setting preferred
<\/li> - Knowledge of evidence -based practices and experience working with diverse populations
<\/li> - Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems
<\/li> - Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams

Benefits<\/h3>Compensation and Schedule<\/b>
<\/div>- Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience
