We are seeking a licensed Primary Therapist to join our collaborative multidisciplinary treatment team. Primary Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults in residential treatment
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient progress
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
- Provide crisis intervention, case management, and discharge planning
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Support relationship-building efforts with referral sources and community partners
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Texas licensure as LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S
- Experience working with addiction, mental health, trauma, or dual diagnosis populations preferred, 3 plus years
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative treatment environment
Additional Requirements
- CPR and SAMA certification required within 30 days of employment
