We Support our Teachers ...
3 Full-time teachers in every room! Our school has the most supportive ratios of any preschool in our area. We have 3 full time teachers in each room and we DID NOT increase the number of students with that.
4 full time front office staff with an engaged supportive owner. We have created a structure, so when you have any challenges with students or parents you know you are fully supported and respected by management and our families.

TeacherQualifications...
Must have a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Ability to interact and guide students of all ages and skill levels
Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
Experience a plus for this position:
Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility is not required but are a plus
Prefer to have or working on getting NC Early Childhood Credentials (EDU 119).
TeacherResponsibilities...
A passion for working with your specific age group is a must.
Supports communication with parents at the end of the day regarding their child
Must be available to work Monday through Friday
Supervises and manages daily functions for a class of children
Observes all North Carolina rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
