Provide leadership to project teams with innovative ideas in order to help them plan and manage resources, finances, scope and services within the area of Innovation to deliver business results. Research, recommend, develop and provide innovation solutions-- through piloting activities when appropriate-- on time, within budget and with the required functionality. Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with internal customers and clients and vendors. Participate in developing and implementing innovation strategy/policy. Partner with Mgr. of Smart Grid & Innovation to help teams manage small and large-scale projects of varying complexity, size and change management risk. Manage multiple projects and team support activities concurrently. Support the communication of innovation efforts and successes in utility as well as education of various portions of the utility organization on innovation culture, principles and processes. Mentor the development of other team members and innovation ambassadors at the sites.
