Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology; Electrical Engineering, EE/ECE or EET preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years with an advanced degree.
- Strong Manufacturing Test Engineering + Test Application Development experience.
- Hands-on LabVIEW + TestStand + test instrument integration.
- Experience developing manufacturing test requirements and methodologies.
- Experience with MSA, Gauge R&R, measurement variation, repeatability/reproducibility, and uncertainty analysis.
- Strong test equipment, data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
