Trident Consulting is seeking a "Principal Analyst – Customer Journey Analytics " for one of our clients in "Remote" A global leader in business and technology services.
5–9 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Technology.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including:
Data View architecture
Cross-channel journey stitching
B2B journey analysis
Attribution and journey measurement
Dashboard/report development
Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics, including:
Analysis Workspace
Calculated metrics
Segments
Fallout and Flow analysis
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and executive-level recommendations.
Strong experience partnering with business and marketing stakeholders as a trusted analytics advisor.
Knowledge of multi-touch attribution, funnel analysis, and cross-channel measurement.
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, statistical significance, and measurement planning.
Familiarity with tagging governance, UTM taxonomy, data layers, and data quality.
Strong understanding of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot, with experience using AI to improve analytics workflows.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
Ability to independently manage projects, prioritize competing requirements, and work effectively in a remote-first environment.
Experience with SQL, Python, or Jupyter is a plus.
Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, Amplitude, FullStory, ContentSquare, or Quantum Metric is a plus.
Experience in Cybersecurity, Enterprise SaaS, or complex B2B environments is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
