We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and Amazon SQS/SNS. Experience in OTT Digital Content Delivery is a plus. This is a Hybrid work model with a commute to the client office 2/3 times a week.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Amazon SQS, MongoDB, and Node.js with an excellent understanding of software development best practices.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Work closely with product managers in an Agile project methodology.
Be the client POC for the entire application team/track.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through efficient coding practices and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices, and follow best security practices to protect data and applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and manage the offshore teams.
Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving project goals and deadlines.
