Drive Industry 40 and smart factory data strategy for Manufacturing clients advising CXOs on OTIT convergence ERP modernization and analyticsled operational excellence
Lead enterprise architecture alignment across shop floor supply chain and corporate data domains
Shape transformation roadmaps connecting asset performance management to executive decision intelligence
2 Experience Profile
20 years of total experience in Manufacturing or Industrial sectors
10 years in Data Strategy Digital Transformation or Advisory roles
Deep expertise in Data Architecture System Architecture and Business Architecture
Proven leadership of largescale OTIT integration or ERP transformation programs
Strong command of Industry 40 technologies IIoT digital twin predictive maintenance

Drive business case development and ROI modeling for largescale digital transformation initiatives

Pipeline generation of 15M through advisory engagements and CXO relationships
Measurable delivery outcomes OEE improvement yield gains or cost reduction
CXO engagement active relationships with COO CDO and VP Manufacturing

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
