Job Summary (Principal Business Process Consultant)

- Build long-term customer relationships through high-quality consulting and process improvements.
- Lead end-to-end process design and improvement initiatives, especially in early project stages.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and create functional specifications.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with customer business needs, compliance standards, and desired outcomes.
- Analyze and optimize business workflows, leveraging automation and the ServiceNow platform.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align on strategic goals and deliver complex implementations.
- Demonstrate thought leadership, guiding customers through ambiguity or conflict.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and advocate leading practices within ServiceNow.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on solutioning and project challenges.
- Share best practices, learnings, and new approaches with the broader consultant community.
- Design and implement efficient ServiceNow-based workflows to achieve customer objectives.
- Draft user stories, train customers on best practices, and support them in developing and approving user stories and testing strategies.
- Contribute to product development feedback based on customer engagements.
- Maintain relevant ServiceNow skills and certifications.
- Collaborate with partners in co-delivery engagements, providing guidance on leading practices.
- Contribute to Now Assure offerings, working closely with ServiceNow partners.
- Integrate AI-driven tools and insights to optimize workflows and drive business value.
- Exhibit creativity, independence in project management, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Engage effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders, providing technical translation and ethical AI expertise.
- Travel up to 50% as required.
