PRINCIPAL COACH

NOTICE OF POSITION
POSITION:
The Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Pascal Mubenga, seeks highly motivated, transformational leaders for the position of Principal Coach. The Principal Coach, during the 2026-2027 school year, will assist with principal leadership development, instructional program improvement, modeling effective administrative techniques, and proper implementation of District policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must hold a Master's degree, a permanent teacher's certificate and a New York State School Supervisor (SAS), School District Administrator (SDA), and/or School Building Leader (SBL) Certificate.
EXPERIENCE:
Candidates must be a current BCSA Principal or Central Office Administrator with a minimum of five years of administrative experience and must be tenured in their current position, or are retired BCSA Principals or Central Office Administrators, who had a minimum of five years administrative experience and held tenure in their position at the time of retirement.

APPOINTMENT:
Appointment will be made by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent following assessment of training, experience, credentials and evaluation of service. Personal interviews shall be scheduled where appropriate.
SALARY: $10,000 Stipend.
