Principal Consultant, Growth

Nazaré (Part of Inizio Engage XD) is looking for a commercially minded Principal Consultant to help grow our partnerships across the US pharmaceutical and life sciences market.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone with deep pharmaceutical industry experience, an established network and the credibility to engage senior decision-makers.

You'll combine your industry knowledge with a consultative approach to identify client challenges, open new opportunities and turn them into capability solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

You will report into the Managing Director, Nazaré North America

What you'll do...

• Build trusted relationships with senior pharmaceutical and life sciences leaders.
• Use your network and industry credibility to identify new business opportunities.
• Grow strategic client accounts and help shape high-value proposals and solutions.
• Understand clients' commercial challenges and translate them into capability and performance strategies.
• Challenge client thinking and connect business strategy with execution in the field.
• Partner with experts across Nazaré and the wider Inizio network to create differentiated solutions.
• Represent Nazaré at industry events, conferences and leadership forums.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

What we're looking for...

• 10+ years experience in Pharmaceutical/life sciences experience, ideally within commercial leadership, sales, commercial excellence, market access or medical.
• An established network within the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to open doors with senior decision-makers.
• Experience in business development, account growth or strategic client partnerships.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to spot, shape and convert opportunities.
• Confidence engaging and influencing senior and executive-level partners.
• The ability to connect strategy, capability development and measurable business performance.
• Consulting, agency or learning/capability experience is beneficial, but pharma industry credibility is the priority.
