Complete job description
" Lead the implementation and configuration of FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services modules within SAP BRIM.
" Customize and configure SAP BRIM solutions to align with business requirements and enhance financial processes.
" Manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, and payment services processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
" Oversee the integration of Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services with other SAP modules such as BRIM SOM, and non-SAP systems like Salesforce. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
" Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services integration issues.
" Develop and implement solutions to optimize system performance and resolve discrepancies. Documentation and Training
" Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
" Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams on SAP BRIM functionalities and best practices. Collaboration and Communication:
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes.
" Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
