Salary Range: $145K-$147K/Annum



Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Owner with expertise in Agentic AI and Generative AI to drive the identification, prioritization, and delivery of transformative AI use cases across the organization.
• The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and AI engineering teams, translating business opportunities into actionable product roadmaps and successful AI-powered solutions.
• This role will focus on capturing business requirements, defining AI product strategies, and leading the execution of Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives. Initial focus areas include Finance and Supply Chain functions, though experience across multiple enterprise domains is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define and drive the roadmap for Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across enterprise functions.
• Develop product vision, business cases, and implementation plans for AI-driven solutions.
• Continuously assess emerging AI technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings. Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business leaders and functional teams to understand challenges, opportunities, and requirements.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify and document AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. AI Product Delivery
• Partner closely with AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and technology teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Prioritize product backlogs and manage sprint planning activities.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives, quality standards, and user expectations
• Drive adoption, change management, and value realization for deployed AI capabilities. Domain & Innovation Leadership
• Provide guidance on Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM-based applications, AI agents, workflow automation, and intelligent decision-support systems.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for process optimization, productivity improvement, and business transformation.
• Contribute thought leadership on enterprise AI adoption and governance.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading Generative AI and/or Agentic AI initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI applications.
• " Experience working with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. " Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Finance and/or Supply Chain business functions.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments similar to manufacturing, business services, document management, workplace services, or digital transformation organizations.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and ecosystems.
• Product Owner, Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or Product Management certifications.
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI adoption frameworks.
