The Principal Contracts Administrator independently performs a full range of complex responsibilities focused on ensuring that contractual relationships between the company, its government customers, and subcontractors comply with SBA requirements, FAR/DFARS, company objectives, and applicable state and federal laws. This position is responsible for creating, revising, reviewing, negotiating, and overseeing federal contracts held by the company, with limited supervision. It also includes mentoring less-experienced team members on how to effectively execute core contract administration functions.
In addition, this individual will play a key role in supporting strategic capture initiatives and will contribute to securing new business for MAG by applying a strong understanding of the federal procurement process.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 (annualized USD).
