We work to make the region a great place to live, work, and thrive.What will I be doing? ü Conducting project and regional level transportation conformity Air Quality analysis impacted by transportation improvement projects.ü Supporting processes tied to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), especially concerning travel demand and air quality conformity.ü Preparing and analyzing air quality emission reduction benefits for regional projects submitted for the transportation improvement program.ü Conducting detailed analysis of air quality emission reductions using the EPA-required MOVES software.ü Conducting data analysis utilizing mathematical, statistical, and other qualitative methods.Key Qualifications ü Knowledge of data analysis and visualization software: MOVES and GISü Knowledge of Air pollution analysis.ü Knowledge of Conformity DeterminationDo you have… ü Bachelor's degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study  ü 5 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related dutiesPreferred qualificationsü Master's degree in (urban) planning, transportation engineering or a related field of study.ü Familiarity with MOVES.ü We are looking for a candidate that is willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
