- Establish patterns for ingestion, transformation, and data delivery
- Optimize performance, scalability, and cost
Technical Leadership
- Act as the highest authority on data architecture decisions
- Lead and mentor Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Analytics teams
- Review and approve pipelines, models, and reporting frameworks
Modernization & Optimization
- Eliminate technical debt and redundant systems
- Automate manual processes and reporting inefficiencies
- Implement CI/CD, version control, and documentation standards
Data Governance & Compliance
- Establish enterprise data governance frameworks
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant architecture and data handling
- Improve data lineage, auditability, and trust in reporting
What We’re Looking For

- 8+ years in Data Architecture progressive by nature
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Azure data ecosystem

- SQL, Python, PySpark
- Proven leadership and ability to influence technical teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to align architecture with company goals
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken) to perform essential job functions, including documentation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred
