Responsibilities:
Design and implement data architecture solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for data management and analytics.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all data systems.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data architecture and management.
Document data architecture processes and standards for future reference.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in data architecture and design.
Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with data modeling tools and techniques.
Proficiency in data integration and ETL processes.
Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Certifications in data architecture or related fields.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in data architecture or a similar role.
