Job Title: Technical Lead Argus Oracle
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Role Overview
As a Technical Lead for ArgusOracle Azure Python you will be responsible for leading the design development and support of enterprise applications within the ICCS ecosystem specifically focusing on Argus Safety CCM Cloud functional layer and related systems
The role combines application expertise Argus COTS data handling and Azurebased development along with leadership responsibilities to ensure stable compliant and scalable solutions
Key Responsibilities
Application Leadership Argus CCM Cloud
Lead design and enhancement of Oracle Argus Safety system and related workflows
Manage configuration business logic and case processing flows
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements pharmacovigilance quality systems
Drive L2L3 issue resolution and longterm fixes
Application Development Automation
Develop utilities and services using Python
Build automation for
oData validation
oCase processing workflows
oOperational efficiency
Develop and maintain APIs and light microservices as needed
Support CCM Cloud functional enhancements Azure Veeva integration layer
Azure Cloud Engineering
Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure including
oAzure Functions App Services
oAzure Storage
oIntegration with APIs and services
Ensure secure scalable and highavailability deployments
Data Database Management
Work on Oracle SQL databases supporting Argus and CCM
Perform
oData validation and reconciliation
oQuery optimization
oReporting support
Support data integration with downstream systems ICCSR Digital Signals
Integration Ecosystem Collaboration
Work closely with
oIntegration teams Boomi APIs
oData teams ICCSR Signals
Ensure endtoend data flow consistency across systems
Handle schema change coordination and downstream impact
Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance to development team
Own design decisions code quality and delivery standards
Drive agile delivery backlog prioritization and sprint execution
Mentor engineers and ensure knowledge sharing
Technical Engineering Skills
Core Skills
Strong experience in Oracle Argus Safety system or similar PV system
Handson expertise in Python development
Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL databases
Experience with Microsoft Azure services
Skills
Mandatory Skills : Oracle APEX, Oracle forms and reports, Oracle PL/SQL

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
