Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Drive client meetings for a CDH Discovery phase to derive the outcomes and planning for implementation phase
- Work with Lead Decision Architects, Developers, testers onsite and offshore and Client stakeholders to derive the redesign principles and de-customization roadmap
- Define the high-level solution design and architecture
- Define the Ops Manager governance and release management model with Reporting requirements
- Curve out the Phased Migration Plan with estimates, risks and dependencies - Migration Roadmap, Risks & Dependencies
