$180-205K Base, up to 10% Bonus, Strong EquityAbout the RoleOur client is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company using advanced software and data platforms to improve clinical decision-making and patient outcomes in cardiovascular care.They are hiring a Principal-level Platform Engineer to join a small, highly impactful infrastructure team responsible for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, developer tooling, and platform reliability across a regulated engineering environment.This is a hands‑on role with significant ownership and influence over platform direction, architecture, and engineering standards.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and internal developer platformsOwn and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, observability, and automation workflowsDevelop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and modern cloud-native toolingSupport containerized workloads across ECS/Fargate and Kubernetes-based environmentsPartner closely with software engineering teams to improve developer experience and delivery velocityHelp shape platform architecture, operational standards, and reliability practices across the organizationContribute to cloud security, compliance, and infrastructure best practices within a regulated SDLCIdeal Candidate Qualifications7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure rolesStrong AWS experience across infrastructure, networking, and cloud‑native servicesHands‑on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practicesExperience with containers and orchestration technologies (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)Strong CI/CD experience with modern build and deployment toolingBackground in software engineering or development prior to moving into infrastructure/platform work is highly preferredExperience building internal tooling or improving developer platforms/workflowsStrong scripting or programming ability in Python, Go, Rust, Ruby, or similarExperience working in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, medical devices, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.) is a plusThis is a hybrid position based in the Boston area, with two core in‑office collaboration days per week and the remaining days remote.The team is small, highly collaborative, and engineering‑driven, offering strong opportunities for ownership, mentorship, and technical influence.Interested candidates should apply via direct message or LinkedIn application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
