We are seeking an Electrical Engineer (10+ years experience) to join a small, highly collaborative engineering team working on copper Ethernet cabling systems and hybrid fiber‑power solutions. The successful candidate will contribute across the full product lifecycle-from concept and analysis through testing, documentation, and field support-acting as a technical generalist with depth in electrical engineering fundamentals.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required; other degrees not considered)
10+ years of relevant engineering experience (entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply)
Strong foundation in:
Circuit analysis
Electromagnetics and signal integrity
AC/DC power fundamentals
RF principles
Ability to work effectively in a small‑team, multi‑disciplinary environment
Willingness to be hands‑on in both lab and office settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
Exposure to structured cabling systems, Ethernet PHYs, or high‑speed copper links
Familiarity with:
Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs)
Time‑domain reflectometry (TDR)
Power electronics or fault‑managed power concepts
Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar tools for data analysis
Awareness of TIA, IEEE 802, UL, NEC, or IEC standards
