Key Responsibilities
Lead due diligence, pilots, and adoption of emerging technologies in Power Generation, with investment-grade technical and financial justification Define the global reference architecture and standards for grid-connected and hybrid BTM generation models supporting large-scale data centers Own system-level trade studies across reliability, transient behavior, fault response, black-start capability, and expansion phasing Set the long-term architectural strategy and standardization approach for data center power generation plants Establish performance benchmarks, reliability targets, and analytics frameworks to continuously improve plant efficiency and uptime
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical, power, or a related engineering discipline 15+ years of experience in HV power systems, on-site generation, and power plant engineering 15+ years of experience designing and delivering mission-critical facilities 8+ years of experience in transient analysis for grid-connected generation and microgrids Proven track record with large-scale electrical infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with utility interconnection strategy, permitting, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) Master's or PhD in engineering, business, or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) license
