Principal Electrical Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to spearhead the engineering process, from initial concept development through to production and ongoing support. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating cutting-edge analog and digital hardware designs tailored for challenging operational environments. Responsibilities include crafting detailed design specifications, implementing and optimizing complex designs considering multiple constraints such as cost and risk, and collaborating closely with production teams, suppliers, and existing product lines to solve technical challenges. In addition, the position involves guiding and developing engineering talent, contributing to technical proposals, and participating in strategic hiring decisions.
