- This is not a strategy or advisory role — please do not propose architects who only operate at PowerPoint level
- Strong technical depth in: conversational AI / NLU, LLM integration, dialog orchestration, API and microservices design, channel integration (contact center platforms, ecommerce, mobile)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure ), event-driven architectures, and modern AI/ML tooling
- Owns architectural direction across the conversational AI stack and channel integrations
- Aligns and influences engineering teams across Royal Caribbean, including teams outside this program
- Holds the line on Digital's direction; pushes back when needed
- Carries the gravitas to be taken seriously by senior engineers and architects
