In this role, you will develop algorithms and hardware modules that bring computation closer to or into memory, improving speed, power efficiency, and scalability of AI workloads.Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement scalable AI/ML computing infrastructure for data center, compute, and mobile environments.Develop and optimize AI algorithms for memory‑centric compute systems to enhance performance and power efficiency.Co‑optimize compute, memory, and connectivity fabric allocation for improved scale‑up and scale‑out metrics.Validate algorithms using Python, C, or related languages to achieve throughput, latency, power, and energy targets.Use state‑of‑the‑art modeling tools and numerical analysis techniques for performance modeling.Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience in computer and memory architectures.Strong knowledge of AI models such as CNNs, RNNs, transformers, LLM, multi‑modal AI, and AI agents.Understanding of dataflow, memory and bus protocols.Familiarity with tensor cores, near‑memory computing, and high‑bandwidth memories such as HBM.Experience in memory controller design.Proficiency with performance modeling tools.Knowledge of memory architecture, scalar processors, and 2.5D/3D integration.Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Preferred Qualifications Familiar with in/near‑memory computing.Experience in programming languages (C/C++, Python) or scripting languages (Perl, Python).Knowledge of DRAM datasheets and IO interfaces.Soft Skills Strong communication skills.Teamwork and collaboration.Problem‑solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Pay Range and Total Compensation US $192,000.00 – $288,000.00.
