Partner with InfoSec and IT to ensure compliance, data protection, and audit readiness

3. Portfolio & Work Management Platform Ownership
Own the strategy, governance, and administration of Smartsheet, Asana, Planner, and Project
Define clear decision frameworks for when each platform should be used
Establish standard intake processes for new requests and initiatives
Build and manage portfolio dashboards, reporting, and backlog visibility
Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business outcomes

4. Service Ownership & Operations
Operate as the service owner for collaboration and work management platforms
Define and manage:
Intake and demand management
Backlog prioritization
Vendor and service provider oversight (Accenture operations alignment)
Ensure strong incident, change, and release management processes
Track and improve service health metrics (adoption, stability, performance)

5. Governance, Standardization & Adoption
Establish clear governance models across platforms including provisioning, access control, and lifecycle management
Drive standardization to reduce tool sprawl and inconsistent usage
Lead enablement efforts: training, documentation, and business engagement
Promote responsible adoption of AI and automation (Copilot) across collaboration services

Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep hands-on expertise in SharePoint (development + architecture + governance)
Strong experience managing enterprise SaaS collaboration platforms (M365)
Experience defining service operating models, intake processes, and governance frameworks
Ability to balance business enablement, user experience, and risk management
Comfortable managing cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with AI models, integrations and features

Education & Background
