Seeking an experienced Principal Engineer, Technical Program Manager to lead complex engineering programs in silicon-photonics and laser light source platforms.
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources for on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (software, hardware, mechanical) and manage supplier interactions.
- Establish development phases and gate criteria from concept to high-volume manufacturing.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to leadership.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and compliance with industry standards.
- Work with product teams to ensure successful launches and customer adoption.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and promote continuous improvement.
Requires 12+ years in semiconductor/photonics program management, a strong technical background, and relevant certifications. Preferred qualifications include system-level experience and advanced degrees. Salary range: $170K-$210K.
