Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-complexity, multi-year renewable energy projects valued over $100 million.
- Prepare essential project documentation including Project Charters and Risk Registers.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring accountability and timely deliverables.
- Communicate project progression to stakeholders and ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain budget and schedule integrity.
- Foster collaboration with internal and external partners for successful project execution.
- Develop and present reports and forecasts to leadership teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university.
- 7 years of experience in applied engineering or equivalent working experience, including project management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Ability to travel to project sites and work a flexible schedule.
Preferences:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies (wind, solar, batteries).
- Experience with SAP and leading complex projects impacting various stakeholders.
