TSMC the global leader in semiconductor foundry technology is seeking a visionary highly accomplished and strategically minded Principal Equipment Engineer to join our elite engineering team at TSMC WA. This is a critical leadership role within our dynamic high-volume manufacturing environment demanding exceptional technical depth strategic foresight and the ability to drive significant technological advancements.
As a Principal Equipment Engineer you will serve as a subject matter expert and technical leader responsible for optimizing the performance reliability and technological roadmap of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment with a primary focus on KE Furnaces and Disco Back Grinders within the diffusion process area. This exempt position requires an unwavering commitment to operational excellence including flexibility for demanding work schedules and immediate responsiveness via company-provided communication tools. Work Location & Schedule This position operates on-site at our Camas Washington location during core business hours Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm however there may be occasions when additional hours are necessary to meet project demands.
Total Rewards Pay Transparency & Other Compensation At TSMC your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position the starting salary typically ranges between 102314 and 148354 per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from 102314 - 163702 depending on factors such as skills qualifications education experience tenure and position level. TSMCs total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay profit sharing and incentive bonuses and tuition assistance. This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus depending on various factors. This position is also eligible for a Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
