We are looking for an experienced Principal Estates Surveyor to join our well‑established Estates team, which has over 20 years of successful collaboration. You will work primarily with public sector clients, including Local Authorities from Lancaster Council, Middlesborough Council and North Yorkshire Council to Leicester City Council, Bury Council and Norfolk County Council; as well as Housing Associations such as Believe Housing, Karbon Homes and Broadacres Housing Association - alongside selected private sector clients, offering the stability of public sector work with the benefits and progression of the private sector.
With over a year's workload already secured, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a respected and growing team, delivering high-quality estate management, asset management, and advisory services.
