We are looking for a Principal Experience Designer to help lead user experience and digital product design initiatives at a growing organization. This is a fully remote and contract position.
What Youll Do
- Lead visual and interaction design for digital products and platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Contribute to design systems and maintain visual consistency.
- Manage design deliverables from concept through implementation.
- Support overall UX strategy and product experience improvements.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
- Experience working within or contributing to design systems.
- Strong visual design, usability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on large-scale or complex digital initiatives.
