We are seeking a Principal Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to lead strategic technical engagements with Tier 1 hyperscale customers - from early architectural exploration through product deployment. This is a deeply technical, customer-facing role. In this high-impact position, you will guide infrastructure design decisions, align customer requirements with Arm's roadmap, and accelerate adoption of Arm-based platforms. This is a silicon-focused, architecture-level role where you will influence CPU configuration, coherency fabric design, memory subsystem architecture, and large-scale system integration - from early definition through silicon bring-up and production. You will work closely with Account, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure technical alignment and long-term customer success. This role requires deep system expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in dynamic environments. Approximately 25% travel is expected, including occasional UK trips.
