What You ll Do
Co-lead a team of technologies working on FICC Liquidity Risk management system. Develop a deep understanding of FICC Liquidity Risk Management business practices. Work closely with business on and with various stakeholders further development of the system
At a high level, this means, you would:
Design and implement end-to-end workflows where the Angular UI calls Python APIs, which then query/operate on Snowflake (SQL or functions)
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot Python Snowpark procedures.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot Snowflake SQL (including performance considerations)
Develop enterprise UI features in Angular
Partner with data/analytics stakeholders to enable reporting, metrics, and data exploration within the application
Contribute to quality: code reviews, testing practices, and reliable deployments
Requirements:
Python experience building enterprise applications using Python (multithreading/API/service development)
Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets
Ideally Snowflake experience
Comfortable writing Snowflake SQL and working with Snowflake objects (tables/views/roles/warehouses)
Comfortable working with SQL Analytical functions
Angular experience in production environments
Experience integrating UI API Data warehouse workflows (end-to-end delivery mindset)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to mentor and lead technical team
At least 8 years of related experience
Nice to Have
Snowflake performance tuning (warehouse sizing, query optimization, clustering strategies, etc.)
CI/CD familiarity, containers, cloud exposure
Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or data products
FastAPI (or modern Python framework patterns)
Familiarity with AWS Cloud technologies
