Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our York office to ensure consistent service standards.

Mentor and guide a team of agents, helping them hone their craft and reach their personal sales goals.

Cultivate relationships with local business owners and community leaders to expand our reach.

Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and adjust regional strategies accordingly.

Represent The Atlantic District at industry events and local civic gatherings.

Develop and implement initiatives that keep our office culture vibrant, inclusive, and focused on our mission.

Valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Five or more years of experience in insurance sales and agency leadership.

Deep understanding of the York, PA market and surrounding local business landscape.

Strong track record of developing and mentoring high-performing sales professionals.

Demonstrated ability to manage an agency P&L and drive long-term profitability.

Excellent public speaking and community networking skills.
